Activities to include:

U-value analysis

• To perform simulations using “Therm” analysis software
• BFRC energy ratings and related services
• Consultancy advice for customers
• To develop and maintain customer relations
• Quotations and invoicing

Auditing (progression of job role once conversant with U-value analysis)

• Undertake surveillance audits in line with Build Check Windows and Doors Certification Scheme

To assist with onsite testing

Air tightness testing

• Carry out tests in accordance with ATTMA TS1, UKAS and Build Check procedures
• Produce test reports/certificates
• Quotations and invoicing

Acoustic testing

• Carry out tests in accordance with Part E, UKAS and Build Check procedures
• Produce test reports/certificates
• Quotations and invoicing

Computer literacy essential.  Knowledge of CAD and the construction industry desirable.
