Air Tightness Testing (also known as air leakage testing) is designed to measure the air permeability rating in a building. Excessive levels of air leakage can cause heat loss, which in turn has an adverse effect on a building’s energy efficiency and thermal performance. Meeting the specified targets for air tightness is a key requirement for building contractors to be fully Part L compliant.
As a registered member of the Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association (ATTMA), Build Check is independently approved to carry out air tightness testing of all commercial and domestic building types.
Our UKAS-accredited engineers are highly trained technical experts with a thorough understanding of current building regulations, so we can intelligently interpret your results to offer you the highest standard of service.
